As
of March 2010, the patent portfolio included 60 issued U.S. and
foreign patents protecting electronic floor displays.
LevelVision’s patents are broad in scope, yet they are also tailored to
expressly claim commercially important features, such as wireless
communications, networks and sensors.
The patents generally relate to a mat, display or other apparatus associated
with a floor that presents electronically modifiable (written or verbal)
messages and dynamic images.
A computer can be integrated with the display or can be linked to the display,
such as via a wireless connection from a remote location, to change the content
which appears on the displays.
There are
currently an additional 4 U.S. patent applications and 45 foreign
patent applications pending.
