To request that an ad not be played in your store, please email us at CBNcontent@levelvision.com or just Click Here. All requests will be reviewed according to CBN advertising guidelines. Approved requests will be removed from the location's playlist within two business days.

NOTE: Be sure to include ad name, unique store ID#, reason for removal, and name of store manager.

IMPORTANT: Please email us with any deletions, even if you have already requested ad deletions before this site was established. We are creating a new database to record exclusions from your system.
