LevelVision's senior management team has significant professional experience with Fortune 500 companies and successful start-ups.

James B. Currie, Chairman, President & CEO

Mr. Currie has been a senior executive of several Fortune 500 companies, including Sears, Roebuck and Co., Heller Financial, Coldwell Banker Group and Moore Corporation for the last 20 years. Mr. Currie has led strategy and business development for public companies and has been instrumental in revitalizing existing businesses in diverse industries. His success in launching new businesses, improving existing operations and completing M&A transactions has produced significant shareholder value for companies. Mr. Currie created and developed two innovations in the service sector, Rapid Refund and Borrowers Choice. Rapid Refund was the nation's first business to offer the filing of individual federal income tax returns via computers and the direct deposit of taxpayer refunds. Borrowers Choice was the first known computer offering of mortgage loans from competing lenders. The technology behind this innovative business also promoted the successful cross-selling of ancillary real estate services. Mr. Currie began his career as an attorney, concentrating on acquisitions, divestitures and alliances. In one transaction, he led all aspects of Sears' acquisition of Dean Witter and Coldwell Banker in 1981. He has also served as General Counsel to three major companies. While employed at Moore Corporation, Mr. Currie was responsible for maximizing the value of its Research and Development Group's technology and innovations. Mr. Currie received a BA degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and graduated with honors from IIT - Chicago Kent College of Law where he was a member of Law Review and Order of the Coif.

Thomas A. Douglas, Senior Vice President

Mr. Douglas continues a distinguished career in helping companies build shareholder value by launching new businesses, creating and implementing strategies to improve existing business operations, and leading innovative and practical technology business solutions. His experience spans several companies and includes notable Fortune 500 companies such as Sears, Roebuck and Co., Discover Card, IBM and Moore Corporation. Mr. Douglas received a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan, an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a CPA certificate from the State of Illinois. Mr. Douglas was Chair of the University Of Michigan College Of Engineering Alumni Society Board Of Governors, was on the National Advisory Board of University of Michigan College of Engineering and was Vice President of Lincolnshire Prairie View School District 103.

Scott Templeton, Senior Vice President of Business Development

Integrating new, innovative technologies into the retail environment best describes Mr. Templeton's most recent work and accomplishments. He has combined his strong retail skill set with business development savvy to discern emerging technologies that can gain traction with consumers in the retail environment. These strategic marketing assignments have combined consumer behavior, self-service kiosks concepts, and emerging technologies (like biometrics and in-store digital signage) with the need to develop new brands, and business models to achieve strong ROI. He has a robust track record of gaining proof of concept leading to system wide implementations. Scott has strong high level experience in small format retail marketing, operations, human resources and network planning (site selection) with experience in corporate, franchise, dealer, Marketer and contract managed operations for major c-store and multi-national oil companies. He has lived and worked overseas doing project work on four continents. Scott holds an MA in Communication from Wichita State University and a BA in Secondary Education-Social Studies.

Steve Roberts, Senior Vice President of Advertising Sales and Strategy

Mr. Roberts brings to LevelVision a decade of experience in the high-technology industry, most notably in Sales Business Development, Strategy and Social Media Analysis & e-commerce. With his global perspective on business management, he has acquired a much sought-after expertise in sales and channel management, strategic planning, Venture funded projects and program management, business process optimization and coaching. In his new role at LevelVision, Mr. Roberts applies these skills to further develop the organization's global business strategy and develop its services, products, solutions and markets. Prior to joining LevelVision, Steve directed the business development initiatives for Buzzlogic and Technorati and has held VP, Director and Senior Management roles for technology corporations from startup to acquisition. Mr. Roberts is regarded as an expert in technologies from cutting edge semiconductor technology to Global media strategy initiatives. Mr. Roberts did his undergraduate work at Northeastern University. He is also an accomplished nationally-competitive athlete.
